With three different models and detection ranges from 90 to 280 degrees, these infrared motion detectors are suitable for a variety of applications, from terraced houses to larger buildings to angled architecture. The devices can be wall-, corner- or ceiling-mounted to suit any installation situation. The adaptive sensor technology reduces false alarms caused by moving shrubs, warm exhaust air or small animals, and a temperature-dependent sensitivity control compensates for seasonal temperature changes. The devices can be configured via an app and are available in four colour variants as well as a stainless-steel finish.
JURY STATEMENT
Despite their widespread use, motion detectors often lack a coherent and well-considered design. Here, at last, is a detector whose styling is both understated and attractive. The proportions are nicely balanced and adjustment is straightforward. Well done!
