This project shows how generative AI and haptic elements can create an immersive interaction between humans and machines. The focus is on easily accessible and intuitive voice communication with the system, leaving hands free for other tasks. Using familiar facial expressions, gestures and speech, virtual avatars help to solve specific problems in real time. The physical component, produced using 3D printing, provides the appropriate haptic feedback. The multi-sensory concept responds to the situation by engaging users in an empathetic way.
