Tablets, pills and similar products with faulty or incorrect packaging are not normally allowed to leave the factory. To minimise wastage of these valuable medicines, machines are needed that can reliably recover them from their push-through and non-push-through blister packs. The redesign of these two deblistering machines focused on reducing the overall footprint by optimally integrating the machine with its workstation. A movable safety guard allows for easy adjustment to different blister sizes. The handlebar, in a finish that matches the CI, aligns with the typical design language of the product family.
