The two material handlers, specifically designed for tough operating conditions, are the first models in a new series of machines in which every component has been optimised for performance. Thanks to their modular design, the machines allow for flexible configurations, including emission-free drive variants. Manufacturing effort and maintenance costs have also been reduced by the inclusion of interchangeable system components, such as the cast counterweight. An "easy access" concept enables optimum access to all relevant maintenance components, while a camera system with AI-powered person recognition enhances work safety.
JURY STATEMENT
The design of the machines, which are built for the high load demands of scrap handling, conveys dynamism and agility. The design of the rear – a detail that is often neglected – is just as impressive as the well-integrated cab.
