Daypacks have become a must-have lifestyle accessory, especially for youngsters. This backpack scores high marks not just for its understated, no-nonsense form but for its material too: it is made of eco-friendly, tear-resistant and waterproof Kraft paper, which consists almost entirely of cellulose fibres – in this case from sustainably managed forests.
Inside, the vegan, linen-lined backpack provides enough space for a laptop or A4 documents and has three additional pockets for utensils. The main compartment is closed with a zipper and features a variable Velcro fastening for adjusting the size. Sustainability and protecting the environment are a key part of the manufacturer’s philosophy: for every backpack sold, the company donates a portion of the proceeds to a reforestation project.

Jury
The sensitively designed details, good workmanship inside and out and, last but not least, the choice of material, add up to a highly compelling backpack. It has a soft, leather-like feel, while the crumpled look specific to the material means the product will age with dignity. In addition, the charitable donation underscores the project’s credibility.
