The three materials stand for a whole series of textiles that the manufacturer develops for a wide range of different applications in vehicle interiors. All the members of this family of knitted 2D and 3D textiles are compatible with the automotive sector and designed for maximum sustainability. 3:Cycling stands for a 3D polyester mono-material that doesn’t require an additional foam backing. Eliade feels like leather, and Smart Finish uses special production processes to reduce climate impacts while simultaneously reducing the number of process steps required later on.

Jury
The fact that the products are mono-materials is a good approach for greater sustainability and less environmental impact with regard to both production and recycling. The tactile qualities resemble those of natural materials. The appearance of the materials is also surprising thanks to interesting effects such as colour gradients.
